Due to high demand and product availability the 14 day delivery policy has been waived on all purchases with the most recently released Ampere / Radeon GPUs. All delivery dates remain OPEN ended and subject to stock availability. ALL sales are on a first come first serve basis. If you have purchased your PC with the quoted GPUs and stock is depleted you will automatically be placed based on your purchase date to receive the requested GPU in the next batch received. Do not lose your place in line! The cards are limited.
NOTE: For an overseas purchase, you may be charge additional import fees which we are unable to include in your estimate.
Because of the exclusivity of the most recent Ampere / Radeon GPUs from Nvidia and AMD retail pricing and manufacturing company is unknown and can vary depending on the brand. All quotes provided are based on general model pricing and a placeholder will be used on your estimate. Pricing is subject to change on the GPU itself. Once the manufacturing company ( ASUS, Gigabyte, EVGA, PNY, etc) has been determined pricing will be adjusted accordingly. While we understand you may have a specific brand of GPU you would wish to have installed in your PC, By making such requests and limiting options for assigning a GPU to your order this would mean your order would have to be skipped in line until the requested GPU is available. WE STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST LIMITING YOUR ORDER TO A SPECIFIC BRAND AS WE CAN NOT SAY IF OR WHEN YOUR REQUESTED GPU WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE AND THIS WILL EXTEND YOUR WAIT TIME FURTHER.
Status updates will be given via our GPU allocation page. Any additional questions may be requested on the original ticket you used to inquire about the quote. Please use this avenue to send individual status update requests.
Once you purchase your PC all parts are ordered and allocated for your build. If the need to cancel arises before we ship your PC a $75 cancellation fee will apply.
