Getting your amazing, custom built PC is done in just 3 easy steps.

What does Placeholder mean? +

Due to the exclusivity of some newly released components a wait list maybe used, in which case a placeholder would be assigned to your order which is priced at the current lowest price for that component. Once your order in next in line to have the requested component assigned your order will be updated with the brand and pricing of the model that is assigned. An additional balance may apply from the placeholder and the updated item.

Who does PowerGPU use for shipping? +

PowerGPU uses UPS and FedEx for domestic shipping. International orders may use DHL or other carriers depending on the destination.

Does PowerGPU ship overseas? +

Yes! PowerGPU ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Contact us for a shipping quote to your location.

What happens if my PC arrives damaged? +

If your PC arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means repair or replacement.

How long do I have to purchase a Warranty? +

Extended warranties can be purchased within 30 days of receiving your PC. After 30 days, the standard warranty still applies.

How long is my estimate good for? +

Due to changes in parts and availability our estimates are only valid for 14 business days. If it is over 14 business days we cannot guarantee the availability of the requested parts and changes may need to be made. A sales team member will notify you if there is such a need.

Does PowerGPU offer financing? +

Yes! PowerGPU offers financing through Affirm. You can get pre-qualified without affecting your credit score and choose a payment plan that works for you.

Does PowerGPU offer custom water cooling? +

Yes, PowerGPU offers custom water cooling solutions for our builds. Contact our team to discuss custom loop options for your build.

Can I use my own parts in my build? +

Yes! You can ship your own components to us and we will incorporate them into your custom build. Contact us to discuss the details and any compatibility considerations.
