Every Build. Stress-Tested.
Certified Before It Ships.

We don't ship hope — we ship proof. Every PowerGPU build passes a rigorous OCCT Enterprise stress-test and you get the certificate to prove it.

What is OCCT?

The Industry Standard for PC Stability Testing

OCCT (OverClock Checking Tool) is the most widely-used PC stress-testing software among professional system builders and overclockers worldwide. The Enterprise edition — which PowerGPU uses — runs longer, harder, and more precisely than the free version, pushing every component to its thermal and electrical limit before a single build leaves our shop.

Real-World Stress Testing

OCCT generates synthetic workloads that push your CPU, GPU, RAM, and PSU harder than any game or application ever will. If it passes OCCT, it's ready for anything.

Enterprise-Grade Precision

The Enterprise license unlocks extended test durations, higher resolution error detection, and detailed per-component reporting that free tools simply can't match.

Zero-Error Standard

A single error during testing means the build stops, the issue gets diagnosed and fixed, and the test runs again from scratch. We don't ship builds with known errors.

Documented Results

Every test generates a detailed report with temperatures, voltages, clock speeds, and a pass/fail verdict. That report is saved to your build's file and available on request.

The Test Battery

What We Test On Every Build

Our technicians run the full OCCT Enterprise test suite on every system. Here's exactly what gets tested, what we're looking for, and why it matters.

CPU — OCCT30 min minimum

Full-Core Processor Stress Test

Drives every CPU core to 100% load simultaneously, monitoring core temperatures, thermal throttling, clock stability, and power delivery. Catches poor cooler contact, inadequate thermal paste application, and unstable boost clocks before they cause problems for you.

CPU — Linpack15 min minimum

Maximum Power Draw Validation

Linpack hits the CPU harder than any other test — typically drawing 10–20% more power than even demanding games. This exposes VRM instability, PSU edge cases, and memory subsystem errors that lighter tests miss entirely.

GPU — 3D30 min minimum

Graphics Card Stability & Thermal Test

Runs a sustained 3D rendering load across all GPU compute units, VRAM, and display outputs. We're checking for artifacting, driver crashes, thermal throttling, and VRAM errors. Any GPU instability shows up here — before it shows up in your games.

Memory — RAM20 min minimum

Full-Capacity Memory Validation

Writes and reads across the entire installed RAM capacity at speed, detecting bit errors, timing instabilities, and XMP/EXPO profile issues. Bad RAM causes random crashes and data corruption — we catch it on our bench, not yours.

Power SupplyCombined load test

PSU Stability Under Combined Load

By running CPU and GPU stress tests simultaneously, we place the full system under peak power draw — validating that the PSU delivers clean, stable voltage on all rails under real-world worst-case conditions. Undersized or faulty PSUs fail here.

ThermalsThroughout all tests

Sustained Temperature Monitoring

OCCT logs CPU, GPU, VRM, and storage temperatures throughout every test. We verify all components stay within manufacturer safe operating ranges under sustained load — not just the quick burst you'd see on a benchmark.

Pass Standards

What "Certified" Actually Means

Passing OCCT isn't subjective. These are the hard thresholds every PowerGPU build must meet — no exceptions, no shortcuts.

0
Errors Detected
Zero errors across all test modules. One error restarts the entire process after diagnosis.
<90°C
CPU Peak Temp
Under sustained full-core load. Most builds run 15–25°C cooler than this ceiling.
<85°C
GPU Peak Temp
Under sustained 3D load. Ensures thermal headroom for long gaming sessions.
Stable
Clock Speeds
No thermal throttling or clock speed drops during any sustained test phase.
Clean
PSU Voltage Rails
All voltage rails remain within ATX spec under combined peak load.
95 min+
Total Test Time
Minimum combined test duration across all modules per build.

  1. 1

    Test Runs on Your Hardware

After your build is assembled and fully booted, our technician runs the complete OCCT Enterprise test suite on your exact components — not a reference system, your actual rig.

  2. 2

Results Logged to Your Build File

OCCT generates a detailed report file with every temperature reading, clock speed, voltage, and error log timestamped to your build. This is saved to your order record permanently.

  3. 3

    Certificate Included with Your Order

A summary certificate showing your build's test results ships with your PC. It lists peak temperatures, test duration, and the zero-error confirmation — proof your system was validated before packing.

  4. 4

    Available On Request — Always

Need the full test log for a warranty claim, insurance, or just peace of mind? Contact our support team and we'll pull your build's complete OCCT report from our records.

Why It Matters

What You're Actually Protected From

Most PC builders — including big-box retailers — don't stress-test at all. They power it on, check that Windows boots, and ship it. Here's what that approach misses.

01

Latent Hardware Defects

Some components pass basic boot tests but fail under sustained load. Defective RAM, weak VRMs, and marginal PSUs often only reveal themselves after hours of stress. We find them first.

02

Poor Assembly Quality

Incorrect cooler mounting pressure, insufficient thermal paste coverage, and loose cable connections can all cause overheating under load. OCCT exposes every assembly mistake.

03

Unstable XMP/EXPO Profiles

High-speed RAM often requires tuning to run at rated speed reliably. We validate your memory runs its full rated profile without errors before the build leaves our shop.

04

Random Crashes & BSODs

The most frustrating PC problems are intermittent — crashes that happen once a week or only under heavy load. OCCT's sustained tests surface the instability behind them.

05

Thermal Throttling

A PC that throttles under load performs worse than its specs suggest. We guarantee your CPU and GPU sustain their rated boost clocks without thermal interference.

06

Your Warranty Backing

Our 3-year warranty is backed by documented proof that your system was in perfect condition when it shipped. The OCCT certificate is that proof — on record, permanently.

FAQ

Common Questions About OCCT Testing

Does every PowerGPU build get OCCT tested?

Yes — every build that ships from our facility runs the full OCCT Enterprise test battery. There are no exceptions. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship.

How long does testing take?

The minimum test time is 95 minutes of active testing across all modules. Many builds run longer depending on configuration complexity. This is in addition to our standard build and boot verification time.

Can I see my build's specific test results?

Absolutely. A summary certificate ships with your PC, and the full detailed log is on file. Just contact our support team with your order number and we'll send you the complete report.

What happens if a build fails?

If any component generates an error or exceeds thermal limits, the build is flagged immediately. Our technician diagnoses the root cause, performs the necessary repair or component replacement, and runs the full test suite again from the beginning. We don't patch-and-ship.

Does OCCT testing affect my warranty?

OCCT testing is standard practice and has no effect on your component warranties. All testing is performed within manufacturer-specified operating parameters. The test certificate actually strengthens your warranty position by documenting the system's condition at time of shipment.

Is OCCT Enterprise different from the free version?

Yes — significantly. OCCT Enterprise removes time limits on test duration, provides higher-precision error detection, enables additional test modules, and generates the detailed reports we use for certification. The free version is designed for end-user spot-checking; Enterprise is built for professional validation.

What if I want to run OCCT on my system myself after delivery?

We encourage it. OCCT is free to download and run. If you ever want to verify your system's condition, run the test and compare your results to the baseline certificate that shipped with your build. If anything looks off, contact our support team — that's what the 3-year warranty is for.
