PowerGPU offers one, two and even three year warranties on their PC's. Click the tabs below to view the details of each warranty.

Power GPU, LLC (“PowerGPU”) expressly warrants to the original purchaser (“Client”) that Client’s Custom PC will be free from material defects in parts, materials, components, and workmanship for a period of One Year from the date of delivery.

PowerGPU will

(1) At PowerGPU’s option, repair without charge, replace without charge, or refund any material defects in parts, materials, components, or workmanship, and (2) provide without charge technical support services specifically related to the repair or replacement of any material defects in parts, materials, components, or workmanship. The Client is responsible for the cost of shipping the PC or parts to and from PowerGPU if a defect is believed to be present. PowerGPU’s obligation to repair or replace components or parts shall be limited to repair or replacement with the model or product that is available at the time of the repair or replacement and that is of the same likeness, kind, quality, and performance as the defective part or component. PowerGPU shall not be obligated to replace a defective part or component with a part or component that is of a superior likeness, kind, quality, or performance standard. In PowerGPU’s sole discretion, and at Client’s request, PowerGPU may replace the defective part with an upgraded part if Client consents to pay the difference in cost of the original part and the upgraded part.

Exclusions & Limitations

This Limited Warranty specifically excludes damage or defects that result from normal wear and tear, accident, neglect, misuse, user error, user modification, user installation, problems with electrical power, failure to perform preventive maintenance, or use that does not conform to the specifications given by the manufacturers of any component parts. PowerGPU’s warranty does not cover software of any kind. This Limited Warranty is void if bios settings are changed, any overclocking is done, ownership of the PC is transferred, any repairs are completed by non PowerGPU entities, or the client fails to follow instructions from technical support. Any repair or replacement performed by PowerGPU shall not extend the original one-year warranty period of this Standard Limited Warranty. PowerGPU is the sole and exclusive authorized provider of any warranty repairs or replacements.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS AN EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY AND THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF POWERGPU’S PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, ALL SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES BEING SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED. CLIENT’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND POWERGPU’S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY SHALL BE, AT POWERGPU’S SOLE DISCRETION, THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A PC, OR IT’S COMPONENTS OR PARTS, THAT MANIFESTS A MATERIAL DEFECT IN PARTS, MATERIALS, COMPONENTS, OR WORKMANSHIP, OR A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE THEREOF AFTER THE PC IS RETURNED TO POWERGPU. IN NO EVENT SHALL POWERGPU BE LIABLE TO CLIENT FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE.

Return Policy

PCs from PowerGPU can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee. The PC must be in the same condition as it was when it was shipped. Client may cancel their order at any time before their PC is shipped. In that case, Client shall be responsible for a $125 cancellation fee. All customers will have their original packages for their motherboard, SSD and RAM along with extra PSU wires shipped with the PC. These packages must be kept during the first year of purchase and coverage under the PowerGPU warranty. After said time frame it is at the customer discretion to continue to keep original packaging. If a PC is required to be returned to PowerGPU for repair during the first year of purchase, the original packaging sent by PowerGPU to you originally will also be required to be returned in the case that one of the items would need to be replaced and RMA’s to the manufacturer.
