What is the “placeholder” in my estimate/order?

Due to the exclusivity of some newly released components a wait list maybe used, in which case a placeholder would be assigned to your order which is priced at the current lowest price for that component. Once your order in next in line to have the requested component assigned your order will be updated with the brand and pricing of the model that is assigned. An additional balance may apply from the placeholder and the updated item.
