Why haven’t I received my estimate?

All estimates are sent based on the estimated purchase date that was entered in your initial request. Estimates are purposely sent closer to the estimated purchase dates in order to ensure accurate pricing and the most up to date technology available. If you plan to purchase within a month then the estimate will be sent within 24 to 48 hours from the time the custom estimate has been submitted.


Please make sure to check your spam folder if you have submitted your request to purchase within 30 days.  If you you wish to request any changes to your estimate please make sure to answer within the same email that the estimate was received.
